Bought this as it was recommended by a fellow Mylotter

BULLEIT BOURBON We indeed did buy this product because it was recommended to me by a fellow Mylotter And the award for great recommendations goes to @porwest This stuff is pretty good to be fair. I never ever thought that anything could be better than our Scotch Whisky for me at least But this is better - really kin pleasant to be honest One doesn't get the after swallowing burn with Bourbon that one gets with Scotch But one gets just as drunk as with Scotch - Jim Beam showed me that So my question is this Which one of Americas Bourbons should we buy next. As many answers by Thursday would be good because that is my Amazon order day Cheers Kentucky must be a great place

@rakski It's along time since I had a hangover Raquel Baileys is ok, I used it as a mixer for Gin. The only hard drink I don't really like is Vodka, it makes me a bit sick if I drink too much.

Kentucky must be a great place. This is a lovely beverage. It's smooth as silk and it's got a real kick going on. @porwest clearly knows a thing or two about bourbon

@Ineeddentures Glad I could help. But yeah, Kentucky's chock full of great potions and lots and lots of craft distilleries littered throughout the state beyond just the big ones.

@porwest Well Then could I ask that you recommend some more please. I have a small list , so if you mention any on the list I will indeed buy them. Yvonne likes both but prefers the Jim Beam but she asked me to ask you about Jim Beam Black Label?

My husband loves Bourbon, but it has disappeared from the shelves. Less and less American products are available right now.

@Ineeddentures - I agree that if the extra goes to the retailers it's just not right.

@Ineeddentures - Those are stupid laws, it's not the way to get people stopping to drink.

@LadyDuck The tax I don't mind because it goes back into the NHS which is for everyone free at point of use. But this Minimum Unit Pricing is not a tax. The extra goes to the retailers. It's just not right

Sorry, I've no idea. I don't drink. Don't even know how scotch and whisky taste and how one feels after drinking them.

You best keep it that way.. You are a very lucky man. Sometimes I wish I had never tasted.and liked whisky so much. The hangovers and sore heads are caused by drinking too much. But spewing can occur as well.

It's good that you like. For me I'm very sorry for I stop drinking for 45 years now. It's our spiritual commitment to obey the word of wisdom - a health code.

I stopped drinking once for 14 years. I have no idea why ai started again. Your health code sounds like a sensible one

I love Jack Daniels even though here it is a lot more expensive than Scotch drinks. But I decided that I would not buy anything from the US until Trump stops the weird tariffs on other countries plus his decicion of wanting to turn other countries into part of his own garden. So I´ll have Scotch for the next 4 years I guess.

Thank you for your support of the Kentucky economy by your purchase of our fine bourbon. I go by the sign to the Bulleit distillery a lot. There are a number of distilleries where you can tour. It’s called the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, and it stretches from Louisville to Lexington, as well as a little south (Jim Beam is south of Louisville, and Maker’s Mark is southeast).

Makers Mark!! Could well be next We have a Whisky Trail in Scotland. Loads of distilleries. They all look the same. I've gone off Scotch I have a new drink now It's not even expensive- both so far have been about the same price as I pay for Scotch

I was pleasantly surprised by Bourbon. I think I may give the Scotch a miss from now on Never thought that I would say that I haven't even had any Gin since the first bottle of Bourbon arrived. What is your favourite Scotch?

I am sure you will get lots of recommendations. Glad you enjoyed it. So, stacked next to your Jim Beam, did you find Bulleit better?
