Okay. This Is Weird

I have a neighbor who lives on the other side of the complex. The dumpster is on mine. Every day, multiple times a day, she walks past my place enroute to the the dumpster, but never through the hallway (which is actually the most direct route). She's always passing my my front window, which is also where I keep my desk. I am legally blind, but still see distant things better, and movement catches my eyes, too. Normally I rarely see her going past. But lately, she's been staring every time she walks past. Yesterday was no exception, except that she stopped and stared—for the longest time, she stared. Then, she started walking up the yard, saying something the whole time. I have no idea what she was saying, and thankfully, she did not come onto my patio. I just stayed at my desk, continuing to do what I was doing, never reacting or responding to her. But, I did take this picture. So weird. I think she's mad because she tried to get away with accusing me of not picking up after my 75-pound guide dog after she saw a rather large pile of goose poop in the yard.
