I managed to get 2 FREE cooking trays....

I have recently posted that a supermarket has been running a promotion whereby when you spend £10 you get a 'stamp', once you have collected a certain number of stamps you exchange them for pryex trays or dishes/bowls. Anyway it was the last week for collecting stamps this week, then you have a few more weeks to claim your dishes. I went with Mom shopping again this morning and I managed to get two of the largest size of the trays. There are a few a stamps left over but not enough to claim anything else with. I am very happy with what I have got and according to the leaflet they are worth £30 each, so I got a good deal I think.

They are a good size for doing family size meals, such as lasagne or cottage pie. They also go in the freezer which is useful.

@Traceyjayne That's good that you can actually use them. When mom got stuff with the trading stamps, she got decorative stuff that wasn't useful... It was just more stuff that had to be dusted.

@DaddyEvil oh yes, these will indeed be used . If ever there is a promotion like this with items I would not use I still get them as I am doing my shopping anyway and don't spend more to get the freebie.....I then either give the item away, use for a present or sell it.

They used to have the stamps here. We got a few nice kitchen items with the stamps.

Awesome.. that is a great deal though. Your family might be big this is worth buying it.
