General Assembly.

Yesterday the Home Owners Association announced that they will hold a general assembly today. In fact it will happen in 30 minutes from now. Me and my SIL will be attending the meeting. We need to elect or appoint election committee so they can hold a new election for the board. For the past years, the past boards were not transparent and had some issues with other members. Hopefully, this time it will be better.

they got 5 people elected as election committee and after a month we will have the election of the boards

I never been apart of that, seen a friend, Like I could, me so poor. he left and he was a role model citizen who makes more than most .I would never be apart of HOA He liked to brag his house as I saw it was in the most perfection I ever seen as best shape when moving out and it was, but point again, if i twas so perfect why was he beefing with them. Nope, stay away from them, they not reasonable people, any of them, no matter where you live how much you make.
