Just 1 more full day of school left

We don't end until the 18th but Monday is the last regular full day. Tuesday is Election Day (primaries) and schools are used as polling places so we will have a virtual half day. (I LOVE VIRTUAL DAYS!!!) Then every day after that is a half day. What kills me is that they make the staff stay for the full day even though we don't have anything to do most days. We have a faculty meeting on Thursday and the staff BBQ on Friday but nothing the last 3 days. I usually don't take a lunch and just stay until about 1 and then leave. I'm one of the few fools who even stay that long as the parking lot is basically empty when I go out. A group of guys would thumb their noses at admin and play "dolf" (duct tape golf) around the building. They had a course laid out and would literally be whipping rolls of duct tape down the halls. I was almost nailed by one more than once. Hey they were in the building during the required time. In any case I will be happy to have my afternoons to myself after Monday's last 3 hours of tutoring. Come on June 18th!
