Heavy Rain. / myLot

It has been pouring down here since 8:30 in the evening. I am fairly certain that many roads will have flooding on the streets or even main thoroughfares. It has been said that we have a low-pressure area that might turn into a storm, or is it a storm by now?!? I am still checking the house if we have any leaks before I go to sleep later.

It's now pouring down here too Raquel. I hope that you do not have any leaks We have a broken guttering above our house which is a real pain as water comes fishing out of it I put a bucket in place to catch the water Low pressure. Same here Hope you don't get a bad storm

not really a bad storm but a constant rain since last night It stopped this morning which makes it humid but this afternoon, it started raining again. No leaks so far

I also felt that. The automated text alerts have already been set off to warn everyone due to the heavy rains. My wife has already received it multiple times. Even so, we are in a reasonably safe place. It is a little concerning to learn that some areas have already flooded.

@rakski Text alerts can be useful and informative, but they can also cause anxiety due to the loud ringtone, especially while sleeping.

We have rain and thunderstorms several nights in a row, and it went from causing tornado warnings to flood warnings. It’s ridiculous.

We had thunderstorms during the night and early this morning. It's supposed to clear up later today and get sunny. That will be nice. I hope you don't find any leaks and you have a good night.
