Down the Rabbit Hole

Last night, for some reason, I went down the rabbit hole on videos about the Lori Daybell and Chad Daybell story. The murder here in Idaho of her two kids. I get so engrossed by the crazy personalities of narcissistic and sociopathic people. What makes them that way? I understand it to a degree, but the human in me wants to see the same in these people, and it just isn't there. How a mother can just sit and watch the horrid details of how her son was burned and his body torn apart is beyond me. She made a big, dramatic scene, and all but me knew better. She was just getting the attention she wanted. And, she fights with the judge. She was still found guilty is doing life 3 or 4x over.
I stayed up until 5a. This morning watching this idiocy. The two of them believe in demons, and they felt her son(who has autism) was one and needed to be killed.
The poor judge really showed his patience and tolerance in working with her. What a lunatic! She thinks she's going to heaven and will be with her kids there. I have news for her.

What a horrid story that was but I read all about it.
Unbelievable that humans could do stuff like that to other humans

@Ineeddentures ......Both Chad and Lori were awful humans. I feel sorry for anyone who has to come into contact with them.

It doesn't matter what you believe in this case, but what she does. Sure she's missing a few braincells and is in serious need of mental help... but religion is one slippery slope. One where you have no real say. If she wants to believe she wants to see her children in heaven at the time of passing, let her. It harms no one and might help her.

If the delusion helps her from going completely bonkers I guess so. I don't want her near anyone I love that is for sure.
