Dragon fruit ice cream / myLot

I have just made it and kept it in the deep freeze This ice cream is just mxing stuff You just beat up condensed milk, cold cream and the dragon fruit After each one is beaten add it all and beat up again The stuff is ready. It has got a beautiful pink colour. I have to wait for 8 hours to taste it It should taste good as condensed milk is sweet. Keeping my fingers crossed.

You can taste it as soon as you start mixing it if you want. I won't tell anybody...

I'd be curious how it tasted and would try it before putting it in the freezer.

I tasted just to see if it was sweet and if not I was thinking of adding some ground sugar. Ice cream tastes far better when one can scoop it out and not pour it

I guess it must have tasted okay or you would have added sugar.

Sometimes I let my ice cream melt and then drink it.

@DaddyEvil You may as well make some fruit shakes rather than go through the rigmarole of making ice cream or even buying it Take my advice

I eat dragon fruit but I never eaten the ice cream of it before. It should taste nice but dragon fruit sweetness are generally mild so did you enhance the taste or anything?

I made it as you know adding condensed milk and fresh cream. It should taste good I did not add sugar

I have never been a big fan of dragon fruit. But not hate it either. I am sure that the ice cream would taste good with all the other added ingredients. Whenever I add condensed milk to any dessert, I don't add sugar.
