Water

Not drinking enough water can lead to many diseases. One is expected to hydrate one' s body to keep it healthy. Those who feel thirsty will surely have no issues with it but those like me who never feel thirsty have to make an attempt to drink it. A glowing skin for example is the result of drinking enough water and then if one wants to avoid those cramps and dry joints there is no other way but to keep oneself hydrated. This link talks about it in detail

I drink a gallon and a half a day. I don't like the taste of plain water so I add flavoring to it, either lemon or lime, usually.

@allknowing I sleep during the daytime and wake up every 2 to 4 hours to use the bathroom. I don't fall back asleep right away and usually use the bathroom again before I go back to sleep.

@LadyDuck That is also true We must know our body and do what it needs. As they say to each their own.

@allknowing I really need to force myself to drink, but not a very large quantity. My doctor told me that what I drink is enough, too much could be a problem for the kidneys, they could have a hard time balancing sodium in your body.

I constantly drink water because one of my medications easily can lead to dehydration, and migraines are more apt to occur when one is dehydrated. I already have enough migraines without ever being dehydrated.

I always forget to drink water. I know that is bad. I have to drink flavored water because I get sick if I drink alot of unflavored water.
