Dinner

So today's dinner was interesting. Mom looked up a beetroot dosa recipe online and made it. The stuffing was made with potatoes and paneer and spices which I can't enumerate
. It tasted awesome. The color wwas slight pinkish (because of beetroot).
I told mom that I would be missing her successful culinary experiments when I move out

It must be yummy.I can imagine. When I was a student at a collage, I missed food prepared by my mother.

Everybody these days is thinking out of othe box when it comes to cooking Beetroot in a dosa is new to me.

I'm glad you enjoyed your dinner...
Mom used to can beets in vinegar and serve them at dinner sometimes. I liked them but haven't had beets since I moved away from the farm. (I don't like them enough to buy them. 
)

@Dreamerby Yes, pickled beets are delicious but I'm the only one who would eat them so won't buy them. *shrug*
