We usually roast or grill tilapia, stuffed with tomatoes and onions. It's delicious eaten alone or with rice. Have you ever tasted this kind of dish? If not, how do you cook tilapia in your country? The photo is mine.

That's one way to do it. Baked potato can go well with this dish too.

We rarely cook it that way; instead, we usually fry it because it's much easier to make. However, I think cooking it that way is delicious. Simply put, the preparation can take a lot of time.

It is delicious, sans the fatty cooking oil. It also brings out the fish "juice". The preparation may be longer but it's all worth it.

We usually do the same when we are at the beach. It tastes really good and I love it. We also do the same with other fish such as milkfish. So yummy!

I have never eaten whole tilapia, but they do sell it here. I always get the filets. But there's no reason I couldn't put two filets together with a combination like this in the middle, and I actually think that would be delicious.

Grilled milkfish ( bangus ) is my favorite dish and add it to rice to eat in my dinner. They like it with their pulutan. I like fried tilapia with me if we have fried tilapia for lunch or dinner.

@Jenaisle I can eat a lot with grilled bangus dish. I ate a grilled tilapia last year and it tasted good when I dipped it in soy sauce with onions and kalamansi.

@cabuyogty Yes, that's the perfect sauce for it, especially if you add some red pepper.

This is because the natural 'juice' of the fish is mixed with that of the tomato and onions, making it succulent.
