Night haunts

Every night it's the same thing. Day time everything is good so far. I'm busy I don't get time to think about anything but when it's night time...here it comes again.
Those WORDS those mean words. They just keep coming back. I tell myself I'm not what she said but it still comes back.
I get that my mother never loved me but why can't I just stop thinking about her mean words. I do not intend to talk bad about her I just want peace.
I hope one day it's gonna go away.
What's the time you like the most....day time or night time?

You need to understand that what she said was more about her than you. I'm sorry that happened but you need to let it go and move on with your life.
If you can't let it go, maybe you need to talk to a therapist about it.

@BabeSays Then it's high time you start ignoring her. There's no reason to keep letting her disrespect you like that. You're an adult and in charge or your life.
You have a wonderful hubby, two furbabies who love you and friends who love you, too.

What were her mean words?
Can't be any worse than my mother telling me that had abortion been legal here in 1960 I would have been aborted
