I had kept making dragon fruit pudding on hold because of the cool weather but there will be guests this morning and they I am sure would not mind tasting this delicious pudding.
It was an easy recipe - picked from YouTube.
In the photo you see the pudding is just spread on a tray. It has to cool and then I will cut it into pieces.
Could not wait. Had to show it to you

I used the mango puddng recipe and replaced mango with the dragon fruit. The pudding did not form and I know why. Mango pulp is thicker and dragon fruit is liquid. I will make it again adding more corn flour

@allknowing I often use gelatin to make fruit pudding, but also corn starch is good, better if you want a thicker texture.

This looks good. Enjoy it. Is it long and effort requiring preparation? If it's simple and easy, I would like to give it a try.

Very easy - 400 ml milk , 5 tablspoons sugar, 4 tablespoons corn flour and blended one cup dragon fruit I used the mango recipe and replaced it with the dragon fruit. Since the dragon fruit is more liquid it did not form. You have cook it on medium flame and when it thickens add the dragon fruit liquid. lowering the flams. Cook it a little more Add cardamom pdr.
