I´m eating a piece of orange cake while I mylot.
Last night I stayed up until very late watching TV and it seems that in those cases my tummy needs some food that I don´tt give it. I will not stop watching TV to go to the icy cold kitchen to cook something.
And I don´t want to leave a dirty dish in my bedroom either. I have the idea that roaches will come to my bedroom during the night to eat the rest.
But this morning I turned that electric heater off and did not turn on the small gas heater (R2D2
).
I will now take a nap and later on walk a bit. I´d like to turn on the big heater at the dining room and walk without the cane if I can. But I have to take with me my cell phone so that if I fall again my brother can call the HELP people. But all this is just an idea. Maybe I´ll go for a walk around the house with my cane.

Use your cane for now please. And keep the phone close also to be safe.

Take no chances..do not try to walk without the cane in your hand! And the phone in your pocket. We need you to be safe.

Yes, there is. Do you carry a purse when you go out? It would help to have a shoulder bag with a long strap or a crossbody bag type of purse. Then you would not have to use your hands to carry it.

Yes.
I looked it up online and it is actually one form the early 80,s.
No idea why it was out away in it's tattered box.

You might want to use the cane for a while to steady yourself...and yes, carry the phone.
