A lovely morning here....

Good morning from this side of the planet . It's 8:45 AM here and it's a pleasant sunny morning here . My younger daughter left the house a while ago. She was all dressed up in a beautiful saree with traditional make up. She looked so beautiful . She has her music recital performance today in one of the very well known cultural center here. And it's pretty far. I couldn't accompany her because I am not yet comfortable sitting for long hours. Husband was supposed to drop her and my elder daughter wanted to accompany too. But then my elder daughter slipped yesterday evening while playing with my neighbor's dog. She has sprained her ankle and has crap bandage. Thankfully, X ray shows nothing serious. Doctor adviced for rest and some pain killers. It should be okay in few days. She is feeling much better this morning. My husband had a colleague in office loosing her husband last night in car accident and early morning he had to leave with others. Luckily, my friend and her husband agreed to take my daughter for the program and be there till the end. Their daughter has her performance too there. They have their solo items and one performance where they both sing together. This is the first time I am missing her performance and I am feeling bad about that. Have asked my friend to record it and send us. We woke up to a wet morning after night long shower. And it's sunny Sunday now The picture is of the flowers from my terrace garden soaked in raindrops. They are gorgeous I am missing my garden view, but my husband keeps sending such pictures to keep my mood lifted. Hope all is well in your myLot corner. And you are enjoying your weekend
