My garden mango tree is laden with ripe yellow mangoes. I make mango juice almost everyday and mix mangoes with my evening fruit chat. Today I thought of making some mango cheese ice-cream/ dessert. I made the base with powdered biscuits. The second layer was cottage cheese, cream, some sugar and green cardamom powder blended together. The top layer was just ripe mango pulp with crushed almond and pistachios sprinkled on it. I just had them as my evening snacks. It did taste good.

That would be a great snack. It would be nice to have your own mango tree.

I don’t know if I could eat that although it sounds rather good. I’m just not a fan of cottage cheese. I’ve tried to develop a taste for it over the years, but can’t seem to do it.

I asked ChatGPT how it taste and knew I wouldn't like it. I heard it has a tangy tast, I don't like that either.

We had mangoes this season and I too make mango ice cream, mango curry and mango jam. What you have looks sumptuous and filling

During mango season l wish l could find ways of storing the fruit for when it is out of season.
