My garden mango tree is laden with ripe yellow mangoes. I make mango juice almost everyday and mix mangoes with my evening fruit chat. Today I thought of making some mango cheese ice-cream/ dessert.
I made the base with powdered biscuits. The second layer was cottage cheese, cream, some sugar and green cardamom powder blended together. The top layer was just ripe mango pulp with crushed almond and pistachios sprinkled on it.
I just had them as my evening snacks. It did taste good.

If you take cottage cheese smashed with sugar it does good. You can't take as it is for the tangy taste.

In India they store in the cold storage. I don't have any idea how to store them as a whole fruit. We dry the pulp and store them as candies known as " aam papad" in India.
