Peanut candy

I have been having this candy since six months on a daily basis. How fast time flies.
I am aware of its nutritional value specially jaggery which is a package of nutrition unlike refined sugar.
My consumption is 25-30 grams per day which is just right and too much of it can increase the calorie content
Although peanut candy is tasty I have it for health reasons. I get enough nutrients from it

@allknowing I believe 30 grams is little heavy you definitely put on weight you might be around 60 KGS now ??

@Mshafeeq It is a total package when it comes to calories - what you totally eat in a day
By BMI is just around the corner.

@allknowing - I agree, anyway I do not eat something I dislike, no matter how healthy it can be.
