This movie was released in 2008 in limited cinemas across the United States, the UK and majorly India. It is a poignant drama set in 1930s colonial India. It explores forbidden love, cultural conflict, and loyalty through the story of a British spice planter, a village woman and his Indian right-hand amidst rising political tensions and personal betrayal. This film captures the scenic beauty of Kerala and the raw emotions of every character. I watched it in youtube yesterday. The movie is in Amazon Prime Video too. It's originally in English.
