I went to Walmat..forgot my list, but got everything except the Beef Broth and we really didn't need it right now anyway. On the way to the check out, I found a Real Small Lemon Bundt cake, and decided to try it. At the check out the Cashier told me how she loved the Double Chocolate ones. And said she would have to try the Lemon as she loved Lemon Cake. Then she saw my Lemon Cake Slices, and told me how good they are. I told her they were adictive. Got out to the van and heard something clanking like glass in a bag, but I didn't buy anything in glass. I looked and had 2 bottles of Cocoanut Milk Drink. It was Hot, I was tired, and I just took them..just couldn't bring myself to take them back in, and apparently the people who left them were already gone. Anyway, I stopped at the AMI store to get a Diet Coke. Walking to the door a man came out and just let the door close as he passed me. I opened the door, and there was another Gentleman behind me, and I held the door for him. He Thanked me. Got my Diet Coke and was in line to pay for it, but when it was my turn the man behind me told the Cashier he was paying for my drink. I turned around and it was the man that I had held the door for. I thanked him, and as I was getting in my van he came out the door..I waved at him, and he told me to have a good day. Been a long time since a stranger has been so nice to me. I always hold the door if there is someone behind me. We tried a new recipe tonight called Crack Burgers. I have to say for all the time it took, and the extra ingredients it was good, but no something I would say I HAD to HAVE. That is why it is called Crack Burger as you get addicted to them...NOT. You take burgers, sprinkle Ranch Dressing Powder, Salt and Pepper on both sides. Cook the burgers. While they are cooking,,,,,,take 2tbsp of Mayo mix some Mild Cheddar cheese and Bacon Bits in the mayo, then sprinkle some Ranch Dressing powder, and mix it up. Carmalize some onions. When the Burgers are done, you put the onions on top still in the skillet and then the Mayo Mixture on top of the onion, cover until the topping is melting, put it on the Toasted Bun and eat it. Personally I will stick with Burgers with Creole seasoning, on buns with raw onions, Tomato, Mustard, and Mayo. Lot easier amd cheaper to make.
