Mental Notes.

I used to keep it on my mind. My to-do list or my to-go list and other list. As time goes on, it doesn’t seem to get any easier. It became more challenging. So I write it out when I think about it, as I think about it. I prefer to-bring list written on paper and posted on my bag.
Some posted on the refrigerator. But some list on my phone notes.
Is it only me or does anyone can relate?

I do not make a list but remember things as I feel that keeps my brain active

@allknowing I still do that but I need to write it down too. Otherwise I will forget something

In my twenties and thirties, I made mental lists and rarely forgot anything. As I've gotten older, I've started making lists on my phone so I wouldn't forget something... Once in a while, I forget to check the list on my phone so forget some things, anyway.

If I can't remember what I need to buy , I can write my to do lists or my course subjects and anything to study to do lists

It is often hard to remember what you wanted to do or buy.
