Mental Notes.

I used to keep it on my mind. My to-do list or my to-go list and other list. As time goes on, it doesn’t seem to get any easier. It became more challenging. So I write it out when I think about it, as I think about it. I prefer to-bring list written on paper and posted on my bag. Some posted on the refrigerator. But some list on my phone notes. Is it only me or does anyone can relate?

I do not make a list but remember things as I feel that keeps my brain active

I write grocery lists. I have tons of them with receipts in a drawer.

In my twenties and thirties, I made mental lists and rarely forgot anything. As I've gotten older, I've started making lists on my phone so I wouldn't forget something... Once in a while, I forget to check the list on my phone so forget some things, anyway.

@rakski You can't use my excuses! You have to think up your own.

I make notes and lists about lots of things now. My memory isn't much use to me now.

As we grow older, our memory loses its abilities as well

@rakski It is indeed. You don’t have to write it down in a piece of paper

It is often hard to remember what you wanted to do or buy.

That's true, the reason I write it in paper or my phone
