On Tuesday I went to the little Tesco, but I didn't go till after 12:00 midday because from 9:00am till 12:00 midday I was too busy listening to the Wynne Evans show!
When I did go, my Mum hadn't written a shopping list, so I said I'd wing it. So I went to the shop and got the TV magazines, some custard tart things from the freshly baked area, a bounty bar for Syd, I treated myself to an areo, I got 2 lots of strawberries and 2 bottles of milk. That lot came to just over £18
On Wednesday I went to the big Tesco. I needed a new watch strap, so I got that first, pink, the same colour as the old one. £23 that cost me I think, or maybe even more. Then I went and got a refund for the navy top I got the week before, because it was too small. Then I got some flowers. I didn't get any magazines because there wasn't any that interested me. But then I got the usual stuff. Mum didn't want any ready meals.
I was hoping getting my watch strap and refund would have taken up a bit of time, but no. It was still 3:30pm when I got to the till again. Fortunately, I had a book to swap at the Tesco book swap so I read about a chapter of my new book while I was waiting on the bench. At about 4:20pm I set off because I had to get rid of some dudd batteries and put a blue token in the voting thing for the charities.
I went down on the lift and sat down on a bench. Syd came when I'd hardly sat down. We went home. I gave Mum her change, shopping list and club card, then I unpacked the groceries and put them away. Then I had my dinner and watched some telly.
There was no Tuneless choir on Wednesday because Sarah was on holiday, but I found another choir on Facebook that rehearses at my own church on a Tuesday night! So I went to that on Tuesday.
I did some painting again yesterday. I've got 4 paintings on the go!
Today I went down town to fetch back my painting of Wynne Evans' dog Ginny which I was getting framed. (See above.) That cost £35. It's signed and titled "Ginny." Then I went up to the stationary shop Ryman's to see if they had any envelopes or packaging to post it in, but the largest thing they had was just a little bit too small. So I went to WH Smith and got a jiffy bag from there that's big enough. The painting was wrapped in bubble wrap so we don't have to find any. I'm going to wrap it in congratulations on your engagement wrapping paper and then send it to Wynne Evans as an engagement present.
What have you lot been getting up to?
I hope you are all well.
Have a nice day.

I'm sure Wynne will enjoy your gift. Everybody loves their dogs, don't they?
