Lemon and Honey.

This is always been my go-to drink whenever I feel my throat itchy or hurt. I like it warm to soothe my throat. Lemon is packed with vitamin C, while honey coats and soothes the irritated throat. Together, they create a calming drink that not only eases the itch but also boosts your immune system. I just mix 1 tablespoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon in a cup of warm (not hot!) water. Sip slowly, relax, and let nature work its gentle magic. Sometimes, the best cures really are the simplest. Do you do this too?

Yes I did that lately. Due to over drinking of cold water and drinks.

I do the same thing. Natural remedies are much better than any of those products they sell that is mostly chemicals.

Same for me but with ginger. And when my throat hurts I also gargle warm water with salt. It helps a lot.

That sounds like a wonderfully soothing remedy! Lemon and honey make a classic pair—vitamin C from the lemon and the calming, coating effect of honey really do wonders for a scratchy throat. You've got the blend just right, too—warm (not hot) water keeps the goodness intact. Others like to put their own spin on it—some mix it with tea, others even add a touch of whiskey for a hot toddy-style twist. It’s cool how this simple drink becomes a little personal ritual for so many people.
