I just spent some time in the kitchen getting the breakfast ready My legs get loaded and that forces me to take rest I am still not sure what causes it. I do not think it has anything to do with blood circulation as there is no swelling. Could be nerves. Doctors have no answer. I will have to on my own search the Net for answers I am thinking it coul dbe nerves and am planning on going for some homoeopathy remedy Homoeopathy has no side effects and that means I can do a trial and error method

That sounds really uncomfortable, and I hope you get some relief soon. From what you’re describing, it might be something age-related—possibly a bit of spinal degeneration, especially in the lower back where the spine connects to the legs. It’s quite common as we get older, and it can affect how long we can stand or move around without discomfort. But you’re right to consider options like homeopathy if it gives you peace of mind and doesn’t interfere with anything else. Just take it slow and listen to what your body tells you. Hopefully, something works well for you soon.

@allknowing I suppose I'm beginning to have one too. I've had a sciatica diagnosis for a while. It seems that recovery is more difficult now than it was when I was younger, when exercise and rest, along with some medication, could quickly heal it. However, since those old bones can no longer withstand the regular exercises, slow exercise is now required.

It could well be nerves as you say. Homoeopathy should be safe. Trial and error sounds like a good approach Try eating some fresh mint It may help

I’m like that because what is wrong with my back affects my legs. Over time, it has gotten worse. Perhaps the accident that caused your back injury has caused a progression of symptoms in your legs? Back injuries tend to do that, especially when they are severe like ours were.

I am sure that it could be a nerve issue. A compression of nerves, particularly in the legs, can lead to a sensation of heaviness or weakness.

It depends on what homeopathy you use whether it can have side effects or not. Just be careful with your experimentation and write down exactly what you're trying. If the maid or your hubby finds you passed out, you'll need them to be able to tell the doctor exactly what you've done.
