Shocking news

Earlier today I received news that a fellow poet/author and friend has passed away. I was shocked by the news. It still doesn’t feel real.
I went to his Facebook page to see the last thing that he posted. It was a sad love poem. The last line of it said “I would die for you.”
A few days later he was gone….
I don’t know what led to his passing but I sure hope it has nothing to do with the poem he wrote…

@porwest I find that funny, too. I've been through the end of life process with both my parents and a bunch of pets. While I couldn't time their deaths down to the second, we knew it was coming. Those who've seen the process enough have an idea as to how long aproxmiently howlong someone has.

@kaylachan When as far as we know a person is healthy and then one day he is gone I’d say that’s passing away unexpectedly.

Thank you. I helped him publish all his books and I was hoping he’d wanna do another one and ask me to help again. Now that will never happen.

@Ineeddentures He is someone I met on the AuthorsDen website. I’ve known him for a while. He was Canadian.
