Awakened by the Rain

I woke up wondering who was tap dancing on the roof, only to realize it was the rain throwing a tantrum.I rolled over, hoping to steal a few more minutes of sleep, but nature clearly had other plans. Thanks for the early wake-up call, but I want to sleep some more. It's just 3:30 in the morning.

Thunderstorms that happen overnight do cause me to wake up during the evening hours sometimes since I sometimes fear either a blackout or flooding on the streets.

I sleep through most rain. Only if it causes a power outage do I worry.
