Nevada State Trooper rescues a kitten that was running on a highway

A Nevada State Trooper Officer (NST) Estrada answered an emergency call about a kitten that was seen running on the side of United States (US) Highway 90 on Wednesday June 11.
Officer Estrada was able to rescue the kitten by putting her vehicle on the side of the highway so that she could the kitten and take the kitten whose gender was not revealed to the public and take the kitten to police headquarters where the kitten was renamed "Trooper Kitty."
Trooper Kitty was then adopted by another police officer at a substation the same day.
How did the kitten wind up on a highway near Las Vegas is not known.

The Police go above the call of duty, sometimes, and animal rescuing seems to be a big part of their job these days, with so many escaped animals on the loose.
