It's a HOT One Today

We got up late this morning, mid-morning and the temperature was already 90F! I made my coffee and sat down at my computer. I looked at the weather forecast to see a high of 99F for today! Wow!
I had planned on going to the flea market today, but I think I will stay home with the late start to the day and the very hot day. I will be catching up here. I need to do some reading since we were gone all day Sunday.

I stayed up too late and slept in this morning a little. Got up and got meat out for dinner tonight. That's rpetty much the excitement for today.

I don’t have to tell you it’s hot in Oklahoma. Hot and humid. Not as hot as it is where you are, but the humidity always turns my curly hair from curly to looking coily! My biracial niece once pointed to me and said, “Look! Your hair is like mine!”

There you go! It is looking like 4 straight days here without rain. We are going to get a couple of the boats covered so no more rain inside while they are all dried out. The Maxum will be worked on a good bit in the next week or two and should be done.
