Heat Slowly Climbing

Today the heat is supposed to surpass yesterday's early 90s with 103 by late afternoon. I am drinking water instead of eating anything. I haven't had an appetite for several days now. I only had a couple pieces of toast yesterday. I have my wellness appointment next month and hope it cools a little so I can go out in it. I am daydreaming of the chilly weather around Halloween. How are you all doing? Is it as hot in your neck of the woods as it is here?

That's good. In hot temperature drinking a lot of water is good to avoid dehydration.

@celticeagle water is life. When I do walking exercise I bring flask along with me to quench my thirst.

It is 82F in my part of Missouri and that's our high today. We have a nice breeze blowing when I went out and brought in the mail a little bit ago.

Sorry to hear that. We don't have much of that here. I remember when I used to spent summers with my BFF in Oklahoma. The humidity was so bad I had to take a lot of Allerest.
