Strawberry Danish

I have a sweet tooth and I like most pastries. I often make puff pastry filled with diced apples cooked with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Sounds so yummy. I've never tasted it.

I love cheese Danish and also pecan and cinnamon rolls.

Pastries are high ihn calories. I try to avoid them

I will eat a donut once in a while... I like apple fritters or a raspberry filled donut or apple filled donut. (I get something like this maybe once a month.)

My favourite pastry is a savoury one It's called a Bridie It originated in a town 12 miles from here called Forfar.
