Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 77 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 92.
I slept until almost 8am. 
It was glorious to be able to just stay snuggled up in bed rather than having to jump up and get ready for work. The cats certainly were happy to stay napping on the bed with me.
No big plans for the day other than spending time at the pool. My friend said she and her daughter will be there. Who knows what other members of the usual cast of characters will show up?
The autistic guy who lives in the next building asked me to make him chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream so I will get started on that this afternoon. I had to explain to him that it would take a couple of days. He thought it would take like an hour or two. One of my ice cream books has a recipe for cookie dough nuggets that doesn't use egg which is pretty cool.
What's everyone else up to today?

Good morning... It is 74F in my part of Missouri this morning. Our high will reach 88F by the afternoon here. I slept until 8:30 am... and am still tired.
Somebody mowed our yard this morning... I looked out my bedroom window and saw the grass was short. We haven't paid anyone to mow for us... I asked Pretty who mowed... She jumped out of bed and ran to the kitchen and said the back yard was done, too... We have no idea.

@NJChicaa Maybe that's it.. I hope the older neighbors aren't paying someone to mow... I'll have to ask them.

Its hot here and I have been busy the last few days, other than taking the trash out I will be staying at home.
