10 dogs that were abandoned at a side road rescued by police and animal lovers

Thanks to an alert citizen who contacted the Somerset County Animal Response Team (CART) who asked the Pennsylvania State Police to assist them to rescue 10 dogs that were seen on a back road near a dam.
The state police and CART managed to rescue all ten small dogs were rescued with eight dogs rescued by the police and CART members rescuing two small dogs.
Then officials with Abby's Angels Animal Haven which is located in Bedford will take care of the ten small dogs to be taken care of before sent to foster home so they can placed up for adoption.
I hope that the authorities find out who was responsible for leaving 10 small dogs on a road,

@Ineeddentures When I was 16 I found a box with a Mommy Dog and her puppies. They were dumped in the park.

That is a good question why would anyone abandon their dogs on the road.

I'm glad the dogs were picked up. I know they probably never will know who abandoned them; but that person should be prosecuted.
