Lazy Sunday.

I woke up late today. As I mentioned earlier, I’ve been having trouble sleeping, tossing and turning, wide awake at odd hours. So I guess my body finally decided to catch up on some much-needed rest.
It’s been a slow, quiet kind of Sunday. No alarms, no plans, just letting the day move at its own pace. I didn’t even rush to make breakfast. Just took my time, stretched a bit, and let myself breathe. Sometimes, these lazy days are exactly what we need. A little pause, a little reset.
Not every day has to be productive. Some days, just being is enough.

I hope you're feeling well and in a better mood now than earlier in your night. I was worried about you.
And yes, sometimes we just need to let the world move around us while we rest and recuperate at our own speed and in our own time.

For us Sunday is a family day. My family went to the Curch, studied the scriptures as taught by our Sunday School teacher then after our class we proceeded to the Sacrament hall to partake the bread and water which typified the bidy abd blood of Jesus Christ. Then we listened to the faith-promoting messages of the members. Then we went home.

Very rightly put there, my friend. You know this day is nothing but recharging you for the new days to come and meet the challenges. Once in a while, I too go through such a day where there's nothing but only letting the day take its own course.
I'm sure now you'll feel better.
