Guide Dog To the Rescue

United States

It was the sweetest thing yesterday morning. Henry was on the floor beside my bed, and I guess tried to get up on it, but got his claw caught in the comforter. That hurt, and he screamed—boy, did he scream. Just as I sat up and reached to help him, Nicholas came running in and headbutted his claw right out of that comforter. How cool is that? What's the neatest thing you've ever seen one animal do for another?

Poor Nicholas. I hate to hear an animal in pain. That is an adorable picture. I haven't seen any animals helping another animal.

It was Henry whose claw was caught and Nicholas who came to the rescue.

That's so cute. Our one female cat defended the old cogger, Silver one time. One of the younger males would get fiesty with him sometimes but she wouldn't put up with it. Silver just shrugged it all off.

All my encounters seem to pretty average and can't say I've seen anything like that

I know he's a highly trained guide dog—still, I did not expect that.

That is pretty cool right enough. I saw a cat look after some pins while the pups mum was eating.. I thought that was quite cool
