The word Momos and it takes you to Nepal
I had the occasion to visit Nepal where our office had an international conference and I was assigned the resonsibiity to organise it
It was not just work all the way but in between I did organise some outings, even cycling, etc.
The Managing Director a Swiss whose wife was a Nepalese invited us all to her place and you guessed it the main dish was Momos
There was competition among the guests as to who would eat the most. And the number each one consumed could easily be a subject for the Guinness Book of World Records.
A great memory created

They were chicken momos/ They wewre being made by theh wife and sister.

I would like them with beef or chicken fillings
Tofu does not appeal to me at all.

Yes indeed.
I do like dumplings as they can be filled with so many things
