I Get Nakey in the Garage

Now, now, don't let your mind run all amok over that title. It doesn't exactly mean what it suggests, even if it means EXACTLY what it suggests. Say that twice, hey? I do get naked in the garage. I mean, full on birthday suit. I just go in there and strip down completely naked and then go into the house... After getting out of the pool. See, the thing is, I absolutely hate sitting in wet clothes. I might sit for a few minutes when I get out of the pool and air dry a little bit. But it's not comfortable. What's worse is stepping smack into the air conditioning with wet clothes on to trek back to the master bathroom to get out of them. So, I strip down in the garage and towel off a bit and then go inside and to the bedroom to get dry clothes on. Why else might you think I'd get naked in the garage for?

It is your garage, you can do whatever you want in it. Unless the possibility exists where a sneaky neighbor could be takiing a peek. Amusing picture - maybe she bought diet pills there and they did not work.

lol. This is true. And no one will any the wiser about it—unless those I have told about what's going on in there. The only neighbor I have to worry about is Mary next door. She is quite elderly and might have a heart attack if she saw me in all my glory. Poor woman, she'd be, being exposed to that. lol. As for the cartoon, yeah, I thought that was funny.

I hate getting dressed after swimming too, when you've dried but your skin is still damp enough to make the clothes stick and hard to get on. And yes being damp also makes you chill quickly.

Working outside in the summer heat and having clothes all wet with sweat. That would be worthy also.

@porwest The feel of wet swim shorts on me is unbearable, even in the water. This is why I prefer to swim in the sea early in the morning at secluded places along the coast. It might scare the fish but I don’t care.

@porwest The down side is that the water in the North Atlantic is very very cold which has a shrivelling effect on gentlemen swimmers.

@xFiacre That shriveling effect is never a good look, or a good feeling. Ever seen that episode of Seinfeld when George Constanza got a giggle and an apology about his gentlemenhood and he shouted, "I was in the pool!" Very funny.
