Why Does It Always Have To Be Someone's Fault?

Sometimes life just happens. Tragedy occurs. It's not necessarily somebody's fault.
Take this Texas flooding situation for example.
The Democrats, like Chuck Schumer, are calling for an investigation into the National Weather Service's response to the Texas flooding. Seriously? Like somebody can control weather? And there are already accusations that President Trump is at fault for decreasing funding to NOAA (weather-related institute).
My friend here in Louisville has a friend who lives in Texas who has been to Camp Mystic in Texas. That friend says that it's flooded 4 or 5 times but without this level of loss of life and every time they rebuild in the exact same spot. Does that make it the camp owner's fault?
Things happen. Tragedy happens. Happiness happens. Life happens. We don't always have to point fingers.

But that has NOTHING whatsoever to do with the flood occurring.

The problem is that people didn't listen to what Trump said about FEMA. He NEVER said he would eliminate government funding for disaster relief. He simply said, according to findings, that FEMA was not doing a good job. Local communities are better equipped to understand their needs and would better use resources from the federal government without someone in Washington telling someone in Ohio how best to serve the needs of the community after a disaster.
The funding doesn't stop. FEMA does. And local communities will better deploy funds and assistance without bureaucracy getting in the way of providing EFFECTIVE relief.

Because they want to keep the money rolling in to their family, friends and cronies. They can't do that if they can't fund all sorts of pointless oraganizations—or I should say over fund them. If someone's going after the money that lines their political ambitions, they're going to want to protect that, and so...they're going to find someone to blame for bad things that happen—even if it's no one's fault—to try and motivate voters to help them protect the money.
Ever notice that when something like this happens and Democrats are in charge, it's just a natural disaster, but when Republicans are in charge it's somehow a result of bad policy?
