The protein rich boiled egg is a must for me and I have it every day.
I also know it induces sleep. That is why I have it in the evenings.
The egg can be boiled at different levels - half boiled, par boiled, fully boiled. I like it fully boiled and I eat it before it gets cold
We make boiled egg curry adding a few potatoes. It goes well with boiled rice.
We all know egg is versatile as it can be used to make so many dishes - cakes, puddings, soufles...the works.

Sometimes I eat boiled egg for part of my lunch or supper... Pretty says I'm eating chicken farts... She doesn't like the smell of boiled eggs.

@DaddyEvil That is the sad part. Here is something that one should eat regularly but it cnmes with something that those like Pretty will not like. She better close her bose and savour it and allow you also to enjoy it
You have to pardon the egg surely

Oh yes, I remember my Singapore trip — those soft-boiled eggs with kaya toast were my daily breakfast treat! Quite the contrast to my usual sunny side up egg back home, but both equally enjoyable in their own ways. It’s amazing how the humble egg adapts across cultures — from my lightly cooked, runny-yolk favorite in the evening, to the perfectly timed soft-boiled ones that kickstarted my mornings in Singapore. And whether it’s in a curry with potatoes or baked into a cake, the egg really is the MVP of the kitchen.

@allknowing Indeed, but regrettably, my wife doesn't seem to enjoy it because it interferes with her digestion every time she consumes it. Because of this, only my son and I find it enjoyable.
