The weather was glorious again today and after a late breakfast cooked by The Mister , we decided to go out for a drive. One of our favourite places to go is Bridgnorth ….about a 20 - 30 minute drive from where we live. The market was on today, although we didn’t buy anything from there….we went to the antique stall and got a couple of items for our garden ….we have a very unique garden . After popping into a pub for a quick drink, we continued with our walk around the town …it is like stepping back in time. We had a fabulous day ….but we have come home shattered with all the walking in that heat. What did you do today ?

I took my normal morning nap and woke up having trouble breathing... I used an epi-pen and have spent the rest of the day with YT videos playing on my laptop while I slept off and on. (Using an epi-pen always makes me fall asleep.) I woke up a little while ago and fixed some "lunch".

@traceyjayne I sweltered a lot in this awful heat, drank cider with me son in law, ordered in Indian and played with grandkids.
