Who’s a silly boy?

I called an Uber tonight to us from our daughter’s house to the apartment we’re staying. It arrived, a white car as stated and I jumped in. The driver muttered something to me and I said yes thinking he’d asked if all was well.
Then I noticed he was going the wrong way so I pointed this out - I’d got into an Uber ordered by someone else. The driver spun round and got us back to our daughter’s where our own taxi had just pulled up, with two girls not wearing very much standing on the pavement.
My apologies were profuse and we got home.
Do you do embarrassingly stupid things? Please say yes.

I have done dumb things like not answering a telephone call from the insurance company that my ride to see a doctor had arrived and he was waiting for me outside,
