They're back

The STP people are zipping or pedaling through my little town and to be exact, down my street, front side or back. STP: Seattle and Portland, Oregon. Yep. 205 mile bike ride. It's a 2 day fun event- I hope it's fun. Riders stay over for the night in various places, like church basements and the local college. Our temps are headed to sunny 90 today. I hope the bikers are packing plenty of water.
Yesterday painter Dad and son came back and purple people eated the north side of the house. I think that part is primer. South side is done. Except for the gold trim. Painter son said they would be back tomorrow to start painting gold on the front porch trim. That's going to take some hand coordination for sure.
I hope everybody's Sunday is sweet. My silly migraine is further South than it was. I am still staying away from direct sunlight if I can. Going to need to water gardens tonight for sure.

From what you've described, it's going to look beautiful when they get finished.
I'm sorry you're having a migraine... What do you take for it? (I take half a Soma. It puts me to sleep for 12 hours and, when I wake up again, the migraine is gone.) I hope your migraine is gone soon.

Your Soma sounds grand @DaddyEvil. I wish I could do that but there are too many souls depending on me so I can't conk out like that. I take ibuprofen and wait it out. And try to drink more of something.

I used to drink some when I was in my twenties but I stopped when I got full custody of Pretty. (And now, because of the meds I have to take, I can't drink even if I wanted to.)
Some muscle relaxers are known for being mild. One doctor I had prescribed a very mild muscle relaxer to help me when I have muscle spasms in my back but still needed to work. They're called Baclofen. (They don't work on my migraines but they might for you since you don't take many meds.)

@DaddyEvil This is the first migraine for me in months. Thank God. I'm mainly shaky and weak today so I do a little and sit down before doing a little more. My ears keep ringing. I know that means it will be easy for me to zonk out.

@kaylachan I don't doubt it. I exercise in a pool. I've seen one younger woman there that is about 100 pounds overweight. She wears a two piece suit.

@LooeyVille Thanks and I agree with you. I am just in from picking up fallen apples. I can stand the glare for about 20 minutes then its time for the cooler house.
