7/13/25 - Meals

Today (7/14) cousin #2 will be coming over to do the usual. I have a lot of printing to do. I will also probably work in my new "death" book. lolololol I called cousin #3 to find out when she would be able to come over. Haven't heard back from her.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - PB&J sandwich, tortilla chips, Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Cookie
Dessert/Snack - None
Dinner - I had planned on having a mini diet pizza. It said on the box to put it in the microwave for 2 minutes and 10 seconds. At 1 minute 30 seconds smoke started building up in the microwave; and the pizza burned. I opened up the door and smoke filled the room. I'm surprised the alarm didn't go off. Sooooo I ate the last PB&J sandwich and an ice cream bar. Sigh.

My back was better yesterday so I made some hash browns and a real grilled cheese sandwich for dinner. Lunch was chicken soft taco. In between was fiber, yogurt, and strawberry fake sorbet.

mini diet pizza? Sorry it burned though, that's awful.
I made a BBQ chicken pasta casserole, was pretty good.

Pretty asked me to dice up an onion and bell pepper again. We both like the last pot of stew so she made another one. She also brought home some of the chocolate chip cookies we both like so we split the pack.
I ate a bowl of stew and had cookies for dessert this evening.
I hope we get the county tax receipt so I can get the car inspected and tagged some time this week. (My right eye is still swollen and bloodshot... It doesn't feel as bad as it did a few days ago.)
