Spongebob Squarepants on Stamps

The U.S. Postal Service will issue the SpongeBob SquarePants commemorative Forever stamps in New York City’s Times Square. The first-day-of-issue event is free and open to the public, and the stamps will be available to purchase. News of the Forever stamps is being shared with the hashtag #SpongeBobSquarePantsStamps. Friday, Aug. 1, from 8-10 a.m. EDT

We need to buy a new book of stamps anyway. I think I'll suggest we wait and buy these on August 1, if we can get them at the local Post Office.

What fun. I have only seen short bits of that show but it's still pretty popular. About 4 years ago, I bought a a book of forever stamps, just images of flowers, and I still have 6 or 7 stamps left. Most of my payments are online or pay by phone. I don't even have a checking account anymore. There was a time I didn't trust phone or online payments. Now, I don't trust the USPS, lol.
