So we had some errands to to today and we decided that we would eat in this evening. We had to go shopping anyway, so we looked for something that was easy to cook but tasty at the same time.
We found a spatchcock piri piri chicken that was reduced…..result. We decided to have chips with that.
The Mister is a good cook and cooks for himself during the week as he works away from home.
We hadn’t had this chicken before ….but it was absolutely delicious.
Well done that man !

Good for your hubby! It's nice when someone else can also cook in a household.

He is a good cook and at the moment he has no choice ..lol…it’s either him cook or we eat out ….and you can’t do that every night.

@Traceyjayne Well, you COULD eat out every night if The Mister has deep enough pockets.
Does he like to cook? I enjoy cooking and I've always been told I'm a good cook. I know my friends loved coming over to eat with us.

@DaddyEvil well we could if we wanted but we would get fed up with that. It’s not always the healthiest ! And the range isn’t always great …most places do a variation on the same meal.
The Mister does enjoy cooking. Good, old fashioned meals ….lovely.

My husband does most of the cooking too. I certainly encourage him but he is a good cook and keeps reassuring me that he enjoys doing it.
