I had wondered how dictatorships grow from democracies. Now that Trump has been reelected I am getting a front row seat.
The first thing I noticed is the mindless nature of his supporters. They look at him as if he is the Messiah, accept everything about him, fhis need to wear diapers, his foul mouth and sexual incontinence, his lying and relying, etc.
This means they will never turn against him no matter what he does. This means they will support his actions, no matter what laws they infringe or power he usurps.
As he silences everyone and everything that speaks truth, which means speaks against him, the public has limited access to unbiased news. Those who are capable of research and see the lies are attacked by his supporters.
Dictatorships grow slowly until they control everything and everyone.
Will Trump leave office when his term is up?

He is a cult leader first and a president second.
He is the scum of the earth that has been convicted of unthinkable crimes.
As a Canadian we cannot cross the border into that country without the border agents checking our phones for anything regarding Trump, and if something is found, you are denied access.
No allowing pure people to a country tainted with such disgust.
But......as to his followers, it speaks volumes of their degree of intelligence and moral conscious.

It is remarkable to see how he has caused so much horror.. I have warned people about social networks, about sharing info on a cell phone.
I was involved in the Vybz case where a techie from the cell phone co. presented a piece of a discussion when the whole was completely innocent.
The techie looked at me and said...'it is a good thing no mexicans were killed..' and laughed.
I had been discussing football and sent a message... 'we are going to kill the mexicans'. That I was not a defendent in a case, nor wanted for a crime, alerted me how unsafe cell phones are

I sure hope Trump leaves office at the end of his term. But, who's to say. By then he could have it rigged so he doesn't have to. If Jan.6 is any proof he will try anything to stay in power. His health is rather questionable right now. I would love to see him have to leave office, but look at what the U S will get if he does. J D Vance. Ugh! What a weird life form he is.

Sadly he threw his showbiz popularity out the door when he became President. You guys won't let it happen because a President over there is only allowed to run the country twice.

Yea , Trump grew slowly from show biz and entertainment into one hell of a dictator.
