What's for din? July 20th, 2025

She child has wanted meatloaf for a couple of nights, but I was still trying to recover from sun poisoning so it didn't happen until tonight. I kind of went a little overboard, but hey, it's Sunday, and Sundays are supposed to be the "big" meal, aren't they? So tonight I made a two-pound meatloaf. To go with it, I made cheddar broccali rice, macaroni and cheese and some green beans. @porwest will be proud that I made "orange" mac and cheese that I gave him such crap for a couple weeks ago. It was what we had on hand and I wasn't going back into town. So that's what was for dinner here. What did you put on the table?

We've bought a beef lasagne to have tonight as it's our last night in Melbourne with our son. It's an easy meal.
