My daughter is fixing a sausage dish for dinner. She just started the garlic and it smells so good. Something about food cooking that has garlic in it. It smells so inviting. Pepper and garlic. Yum! It will have some herbs in it too. I am such a fan of garlic.(Could you tell?) I'm so glad the kids like it too. It is good for us as well. (Always nice when you like something that is good for you.)
Garlic offers numerous health benefits. It is a anti-inflammatory agent, good for heart health and a good immune builder. It is also good for hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and research indicates that garlic can lower LDL(bad cholesterol). It also has antioxidants in it that may help prevent Alzheimer's and Dementia.
In a 2019 study done in China found that older adults who consumed garlic at least weekly lived longer than those who did not.
Garlic may also help to detoxify heavy metals from the body. A 2012 study showed that employees at a car battery plant ( who had excessive exposure to lead) that garlic reduced lead levels by 19%.
A clinic trial done in 2017 showed that garlic can reduce oxidative stress that leads to osteoporosis.
Good ole garlic. Can't get enough. Oh, and garlic bread----Ya!

Garlic bread is awesome.
I use quite a lot of garlic on my cooking.
We have it in the house in garlic bulbs, paste and granules.
I reckon garlic is one reason I am so healthy

I like to use it when I can. I like garlic powder on things too. Garlic could be the reason for much of it.

Smell lthat emanates while cooking is an appeptizer. I normally cook the dish that smells good while cooking just before guests arrive. That works as an appeptizer for them.

I am very picky. Some have a tough outer coat that is hard for me to eat. I used to really enjoy the sausage made from deer meat.
