Playing badminton at 90 ….

This isn’t me ….im not quite 90 …yet, although I do feel it some days ! No, this is a neighbour of my Moms ….ive known her 50 years and she is an amazing person. She has played badminton with ….’ The Girls ‘ ….for many years. They range in ages from 70’s to Barbara who will be 90 next month. I admire her a lot for several different reasons. She has such stamina for someone of her age, although she says when her back is bad she just stands there and if she can reach the shuttlecock she hits it, if not she leaves it …..great attitude I think ….i will do it if I can if not …shrug. At 90 to have a I will try attitude is great. I say this as I’ve just seen her drive past on her way to play. Hope I am still as active when I am 90.
