Some people have indigestion problem, and because of this, they eat less. I did have an indigestion problem last year. I disliked drinking water at least 8 glasses, but when I followed it, it gave a little remedy. Finally, it was resolved. Drinking glasses of water and eating veggies with fiver could remedy but I found out the best solution of a digestion problem which is eating AVOCADO and DRAGON fruits. They are the best fruits for me. When my cousin gifted my family with 5 kilos of dragon fruits, I was over the moon. Per kilo of dragon fruit is $3 which contains only three dragon fruits if big, and 5, if size medium.
What can you say or add?

I think that might be something related to acidity.

@abhi_bangal I agree with you. We used to live in an area that had bad water. I took digestive enzymes then- the enzymes had papaya in it. I'm so glad we moved from there- even unripe bananas gave me a stomach ache.

The first thing I'd say is that eating less doesn't mean it solved the indigestion problem. Because it's a system - don't we call it digestive system? It doesn't have to do anything with quantity. Because as you said, some people suffer digestion issues, so they eat less.
Anyway, consuming sufficient water is one of the best ways out for digestion problem. It not only keeps you healthy, but also gives you a glowing skin. Because drinking at least 8 classes of water throws away the unwanted toxins out of your body.

@cacay1 Water therapy. You can call that. And water is so easily available. So, a huge amount of "medicine" is already in our house.

@abhi_bangal, yes water therapy is also good, but if you're working it's hard if you feel to pee in the highway while driving

That’s awesome you found dragon fruit helpful—I love it too! But I have to admit, there was one time I ate a lot of it, I had a bit of a panic moment. Let’s just say… the color showed up later in a very unexpected place, and I thought something was seriously wrong! ?? Took me a minute to remember, “Oh right… dragon fruit.” Nature’s little prank! Still, it’s definitely one of the best fruits out there—so worth it!

I think that a lot of people forget , or don't know, that each organ in our bodies needs water in order to function correctly. And eating a good diet can only help.
