There are different types of pain killers Some are applicable and some are taken.
While that which is applied such as balms I consider them to be harmless but what about those that we swallow at the drop of a hat - sometimes prescribed but sometimes we on our own decide to take
Pain killers do not cure but temporarily just lessen the pain but there is the prospect of that affecting our organs specially the kidnesy
Have you given a thought to that?

I depend on homoeopathy for relieving pain and they have no side effects.

@LadyDuck Even what I spend on homoeopathy is not covered.

@allknowing I needed a pain killer when I had kidney stones, very painful. The Swiss healthcare Insurance (very expensive) does not cover homeopathic medications.

Yes, we have. Some pain relievers are on one shelf in a cupboard and those are considered "safe" for most people. On the shelf below them are another set of pain relievers that I'm not supposed to take because they can affect the meds I take daily that are doctor prescribed.

Pain killers loaded on your shelves is not something that seems healthy to me.
You need to be careful what you can take and what you cannot and according to me no painkiller is safe for consumption
I suffer the pain and only look for a cure. I take homoeopathy for the pain and it does help a bit without any side effects.

@allknowing You do you and I'll worry about me. I take painkillers when I'm in pain.

Yes, I do not like to take them at all, but sometimes I must.

I don't take pain killer tablets. Rather I do yoga and message mustard oil.

Massasging with mustard oil seems a good idea.
