My kitchen venture

It has been awhile that I attempted making dosas in the kitchen The batter was always done using the grinding stone Now that the maid cannot do heavy work I tried doing it in the mixie and I must say it was a success.
The batter was ready yesterday and fully fermented. I fried the dosas for breakfast this morning and they turned out great I just dunked them in tea
That was one way I sought a break from my routine

@allknowing Can you cook all the batter and freeze the dosas and microwave them for breakfast?

@LadyDuck I read on the Net. It is very uncommon and she may have to undergo surgery.
